Sarah founded Juice in 2009 after twelve years running hotel and restaurant teams across Oxford and the Cotswolds. The frustration of working with generalist recruiters who didn’t understand split shifts, brigades or AA Rosettes was the catalyst.
Fifteen years on, we’re still independently owned. No private-equity backing, no targets that get in the way of doing right by clients and candidates — just a tight UK-based team that knows hospitality inside-out.
We’re a small team of three covering recruitment, HR consultancy and advertising — serving over 200 active clients from boutique country houses to multi-site hotel groups.
