Head Pastry Chef : Large Scottish 4* Venue £28k

  • 45 hours 5 days over 7, Permanent with temporary accommodation and relocation allowance
  • Juice Hospitality are seeking applications from experienced Head Pastry Chefs or similar who would like to be considered for the position of Head Pastry Chef. The venue is a large 4* hotel located in a popular tourist destination in Scotland. Our client is specifically seeking applicants who can lead the pastry team in this very large venue with several food outlets including restaurants, hotel and events. The hotel offers a fast paced and dynamic environment with a commitment to exceptionally warm service. The role offers the opportunity to join and be a part of a dynamic and ambitious environment.
  • The ideal person for this position has operational management experience of a pastry kitchen along with an understanding of exceptional service. No two days are the same, so you'll thrive on change. From training the team to improving service everything you do will be about driving forward.
