Hotel Receptionist - Four Star Boutique Hotel - Oxfordshire
This role will require outstanding customer service skills, fantastic attention to detail, and your consistently professional and friendly approach.
To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception, and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.
In addition to your excellent customer service skills, you should be a punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a self driven approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
