Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a spectacular 5* hotel located in Nairn, Scotland.
This is a super opportunity for an aspiring Pastry Chef to jump in and learn with one of the regions finest employers, who in return offer a generous salary, accommodation plus benefits package.
In brief… Preparing and assisting in creating the finest dishes using local produce and being part of their culinary mastery that makes this venue stand out, you will work directly under the Sous Chef and Head Chefs to ensure that all food presented to guests is of the highest standard. You will run a clean, tidy and organised environment at all times
Take direction and guidance from other team members
Have a flexible ability to respond to business and client needs
Follow and abide by all regulations, policies and procedures
Provide support to the front of house team to ensure exceptional customer care
Match your skills... • Ideally City & Guilds 7061 & 7062 or NVQ levels 2 and3 • Experience working in a Michelin star or AA Rosette establishment • Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety • First Aid and COSHH knowledge • Good verbal and written English • Computer literate
