Chefs - Pitlochry - Senior Sous, Chef de Partie, Pastry and Commis Chef 

Juice Hospitality are delighted to bring some new opportunities to the employment market in the Pitlochry area. This client provides some exceptional experiences to guests visiting the gateway to the highlands. The venue itself is best described as a beautiful castle set on the banks of a river. 

The venue has several food outlets to include a Fine Dining 3AA rosette restaurant, bar, brasserie and lounge, events and functions and light meals/bites. This is a busy kitchen with a switched on and pro-active brigade of chefs able to react to different paces of service. 

Due to expansion and reorganisation we have the following positions available:

Senior Sous Chef £35k 

Pastry Chef £NEG dependant on experience

Chef de Partie £18-24k and Commis Chef £22k 

In return a very generous career path, training and development plans, working within a luxury venue on bespoke products. Accommodation available.
