This client provides some exceptional experiences to guests visiting the gateway to the highlands. The venue itself is best described as a beautiful castle set on the banks of a river. The venue has several food outlets to include a Fine Dining 3AA rosette restaurant, bar, brasserie and lounge, events and functions and light meals/bites. This is a busy kitchen with a switched on and pro-active brigade of chefs able to react to different paces of service.
Due to expansion and reorganisation we have the following positions available:
Pastry Chef £NEG dependant on experience
Chef de Partie £18-24k and Commis Chef £22k
