Head Pastry Chef £24k

Working in our clients busy kitchen you will be part of a successful team preparing a wide variety of dishes for the A la Carte Menu, Tasting Menu , Menu du Jour as well as preparing items for the lounge menu and  busy Afternoon Tea Business.  You would also be preparing food for our clients  popular weddings and functions.   You will be working split shifts, 5 days of of 7 on a rota basis.

Chef de Partie X 2
Fine Dining Environment
?2 AA Rosette Establishment
Good Rates of Pay
