Conference and Banqueting Manager required for a hotel in the Berkshire Area.
As Conference and Banqueting Manager the successful candidate will have previous conference and banqueting operational experience within luxury venues. Candidates require management skills at both operational and staff motivation and management within this very busy department. The role of Conference and Banqueting Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the conference and banqueting department. Training and management of your team are very important factors. This is a hands on role. You will also be working as part of the Duty Management team
The salary for Conference and Banqueting Manager is given as up to £32k per annum / temp live in may be available.
