SD-650 - Chef de Rang

Michelin Star establishment located in beautiful location are looking to recruit a professional Chef de Rang to complement the team.The basic function of the role is to assist the restaurant management team in maintaining superior standards in terms of food and quality. Ensuring that our guests are treated with an efficient, friendly and courteous service. Your role will involve ensuring Mise en Place and preparation of room and still room area, running and supervising a rang of tables and Commis Chef de Rangs. Always courteous with excellent presentation and knowledge of our products you will be keen to develop your experience in a renowned 5 star environment.As part of our team you will be rewarded with a generous package. The ideal person will have a stable CV with experience from within Rosette Accreddited environments at 4/5 Star level.
