Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for the position of Commis Chef

  • Location: Berkshire
  • Live in is available
  • Style: Hotel, Five Star, Luxury, Opulence
  • Salary £16600

Creating the finest dishes using local produce and being part of our head chefs culinary mastery, you will work directly under the Chef de Partie to ensure that all food presented to our clients guests is of the highest standard.

What is involved...

Providing support to the Front of House team to ensure exceptional customer care

Run an environment that is clean, tidy and organised at all times

Plan the day-to-day running of your section to meet set service standards

Take direction and guidance from other team members to help with performance and development of yourself and others

Follow and abide by all our regulations and policies

Match your skills...

  • Ideally City & Guilds 7061 & 7062 or NVQ levels 2 and 3
  • Experience of working in a Michelin star or AA Rosette establishment
  • Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
  • First Aid and COSHH knowledge
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Computer literate
