St Andrews: Chefs required for beautiful 4 Star Hotel
We have openings for Chefs within a bespoke hotel in St Andrews at Commis and Chef de Partie level;
Main Kitchen: Working in a busy kitchen that caters for a number of outlets, this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.
Temporary accommodation may be available. Please state on your application the level of position you are applying for.
Experience in a similar role and it is preferred that you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
Be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen, e.g. meat, fish and poultry cooking and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce.
