Sous chef
What we are looking for

•             A passion for food, food trends, local produce and producers
•             The ability to work and get along as part of a close-knit team
•             Able to work well in all areas of the kitchen
•             Stay calm under pressure and manage the kitchen team with a level head
•             Lead by example
•             2/3 AA rosette experience or experience in Michelin star restaurants

Chef de partie
what we are looking for

•             A passion for food, food trends, local produce and producers
•             The ability to work and get along as part of a close-knit team
•             Able to work well in all areas of the kitchen
•             Chance to learn and progress in an award-winning kitchen
•             2/3 AA rosette experience or experience in Michelin star restaurants

Pastry chef
What we are looking for

•             A passion for food, food trends, local produce and producers
•             The ability to work and get along as part of a close-knit team
•             Previous experience as a pastry chef including bread making
•             Ability to create desserts to a very high level
•             2/3 AA rosette experience or experience in Michelin star restaurants
