SD-2571 - Sous, Chef de Partie and Commis Chef - Live in


Calling all Chefs who are or who want to be in Scotland, working in a property located on it's own farmland, zero food mile stock and producing most of it's own produce. This stunning hotel (18 bed) and 45 seater restaurant are able to offer live in accommodation and are producing a modern scottish menu.

Head chef  has been here since 2010. She cooks exceptional Scottish food, sourced mainly from the onsite  farm, or nearby – venison comes from the local stalker. They pick vegetables, fruit, and herbs from the kitchen garden, and forage in all sorts of secret spots. The hotel is open all day. Lunch is 12noon until 2pm, dinner is 6.45pm until 9pm. They serve soup, sandwiches and freshly baked scones all day.
