Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for the position of Sous Pastry Chef.

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and professional Sous Pastry Chef that can work as part of the Senior Management team on concept, dish and menu development specialising in pastry.

Our client is a self taught chef, has been changing the culinary landscape in his quest for perfection for the past two decades. His mantra, Question Everything, lies at the core of this restaurant's values. He is looking for an innovative Sous Chef who wants to assist him in his mission.

About You

In order to be our clients next Sous Pastry Chef you'll need to be very curious, almost scientific, you'll be interested in research and development but equally able to head up a team delivering on-going exquisite service.
