SS-2010 - Demi Chef de Partie - Oxford


Juice Hospitality are actively recruiting for Chefs for one of the most exciting contemporary restaurants in the city of Oxford. 

Standards are exceptionally high at this 2 AA rosette modern British/French award-winning restaurant for both the kitchen team and the front of house team and relevant experience is of course essential. Of equal importance, however is personality and attitude, the most important ingredient for us is above all, passion for food.

Position Available: Demi Chef de Partie - £17000 per annum plus £4000 approx. service charge

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop under the patronage of a well-known chef. As a Demi chef you will understand the kitchen sections and be well on your way to managing your own section. However you’ll be keen to learn more and develop, enthusiastic about your career and future and ready for the next step. You’ll be covering all sections as you develop further experience.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate 1 years’ experience at a similar level or be a well trained Commis Chef who is keen to progress. Our clients commitment to training and personal development is paramount and they encourage and support promotional opportunities within this exciting restaurant.
