SS-1927 - Restaurant Supervisor - 5* 3AA Rosette - Hotel
Location: Ascot, Berkshire

Juice Hospitality are now taking applications for a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Head Waiter/Waitress position with a deluxe 5 Star hotel located in the Ascot area of Berkshire. The Head Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift within this 3AA Rosette Restaurant whether this entails breakfast, lunch or dinner and be able to support both the team on the floor as well as the Restaurant Manager behind the scenes.
- Maintain a team environment and motivate and train team members to achieve standards required
- Meeting and exceeding guests expectations with the quality of service
- Ensure preparation areas are kept clean and tidy
- To have a high level of presence within the restaurant and be confident in communication with guests
- Ensure all restaurant billing and cashiering is conducted as per the required standards
- Lead by example through 'hands on' approach assisting the Chef de Rang's with service and greeting guests alongside our Host team, whilst also supporting the Restaurant Manager. Performance management, probation reviews, rota management, general administration and liaising with the F&B Manager.
- Experience in fine dining or at a 2AA Rosette plus background •
- Knowledge of food and wine
- Leadership experience
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
