SD-1561 - Chef de Partie - 3 Rosette - Bedfordshire


Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for the position of Chef de Partie.

This role would suit CDP level interested in rosette development. The venue is a 3 Rosette property. If you are an experienced (min 2AA Rosette) Chef de partie or Sous seeking development who thrives in working within fine dining then we would very much like to hear from you.

The Role: Chef de Partie: Working flexibly to help support the Executive Head Chef you'll help make service as good as it should be at this level. Providing exceptional attention to detail to every order working in experience in high volume but quality environment. The volume of guests is lower than a standard kitchen to ensure quality, attention to detail and service needs are all met.
