Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for a new position with a highly accredited Rosette Restaurant for the role of Chef de Rang. This venue has established an excellent reputation for both its style and level of service and the overall objective of the role will be to ensure a smooth running service is maintained by means of training and supervision.
Alongside the operational duties you will become more involved with the management structure, researching new methods to improve service, helping with marketing as well as ensuring training is carried out, conducting work trials for new members and monitoring and handling small disciplinary matters.
This role requires experience from candidates within the hospitality industry, ideally 2AA+Rosette though other levels considered. The position is over 48 hours a week with 2 days off and offers a generous salary and benefits package
